The Advisory Committee is a volunteer organization including members from throughout Washington State.  The advisory committee is comprised of twenty-seven members combination of business interests, foundations, local communities and government. The Washington Economic Development Commission Investment & Entrepreneurship Working Group establishing the committee in 2009 to provide recommendations for the Innovation Partnership Zones and the STARS (Innovation Research Teams) for designation, recruitment, defining emerging industry clusters, and metrics for measuring the Innovation Zones outputs.  Co-chaired by H.
